If you have questions or would like to explore whether therapy is right for you, please feel free to get in touch. I’m happy to answer any queries about EMDR or CBT therapy, discuss what you’re looking for, and help you decide on the next step—there’s no pressure, just a chance to start the conversation. If you're not sure what to write, there's a template at the bottom of this page if it's helpful.
You do not need to include a lot of personal information at this stage. If it seems that we may be a good fit, we can arrange an initial consultaiton to discuss things in more detail. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact Samaritans on 116 123 (UK) or dial 999 in an emergency.
